About The Counts Library

Greetings and Salutations,

The Counts Library is a literary blog that leans heavily into the gothic genre of entertainment. This blog is for those who, like Count Dracula, love to learn and study topics which excite them. From the stories of the art within gothic buildings, to Victorian classics, and even how the gothic lives on today.  I depise the idea that everything must be made bite size and do everything in it'spower to hold the readers attention. If you don't want to read or watch lengthy videos, I'm not forcing you to. However, I will not simply my passions to make them more likely to go viral or make me more money.
 
This blog was originally started in 2024 as a book blog to catalogue all of the books I read. Overtime, it has become a place for me to share what I learn about all of the topics that I am passionate about. No longer just book reviews, it has morphed into a place for me to share information I find incredible and the works I am proud of.

I aim to get my degree in History and English Literature, the passions doing the heavy lifting in this blog. There will also be stories shared of how I take on projects, like oil painting, sewing an entire Victorian dress, thematic photography, etc., I believe knowledge is to be shared, not hoarded so with this blog I will do exactly that. I would love for people to learn with me.
